January, 2010- The YCOE Regional Career Center Youth Program located at the Yuba County One Stop Center was selected to receive the A+ District Community Partner award by the Marysville Joint Unified School District.  The youth program was selected for their dedication to making a difference for the students in the MJUSD and for successfully coordinating thousands of hours of work provided by students during the 2009 Summer Youth program.

  • Personal Assessment - Get help to determine your career direction by identifying your likes, dislikes, skills and abilities
  • Comprehensive Guidance and Counseling - We will provide you with the opportunity for a one-on-one shared effort to understand and realize your career goals
  • Supportive Services - Referrals to community services and medical services; assistance with transportation costs, child care and dependent care costs, housing costs, uniform or other appropriate work attire and work-related tool costs
  • Adult Mentoring and Follow-up Service - Personal advice and guidance for everyday life situations. Follow-up services (resume preparation, job search, referrals, and much more) will be provided for a minimum of one year after completing the program
  • Yuba County Children's Council - group of community and government leaders that meet monthly to plan, coordinate and impact the policies, practices and programs affecting children and their families in Yuba County.   [Read More]
